Submitting a support ticket doesn't work

You are supposed to pick a product from the drop-down box and there's nothing there, so it won't go any farther.

You need to log in to an account that has a purchase or downlaod associated with it. It will only allow you to post an incident for a product you have purchased, so you must have made your purchase with another account.

Still can't get support ticket

I'm having a heck of a time getting some help. I finally got logged in after NUMBEROUS attempts. I submitted a ticket and this morning I've heard back. When I click the link to go to the ticket, the page says to click on the link for the support ticket, but there are no support tickets showing. I can't submit another support ticket again as I can't get the products to come up in that drop down again. This it totally frustrating. It makes me wonder about the quality of the product if the actual website is this bad. What am I supposed to do now?

You must be logging in under a different account like before... your support ticket is tied to the account it is created with.

Nope, I'm using the right account. As you can see, I've changed the account to kathy.paul from teresa.goold. It was purchased under Kathy Paul.

Are you logging in with your account email with the domain: tax.idaho.gov?

The response says to make sure you have downloaded the most recent version because this appears to be a bug that was recently fixed.

But when I log in, it doesn't show anything in the order history, so I can't download it. I'm going in a circle. I've called support, but there was no one there so I had to leave a message and wait for them to get back to me. When you logged in to see the ticket, can you tell what email it was logged under? You can email me personally at teresa.goold@tax.idaho.gov if you prefer.

This is so frustrating!! I've called the company, left a message TWICE, and still no call back. I can't get the download! And I NEED it.
