Can you post your upload page please? Also verify that your actual paths are correct.

I'm not sure I did this correctly, but I tried to insert a record myself.
I have attached a screenshot of my results... I didn't get an error message with this screen.

On your Rent_Insert page make sure that there is no extra whitespace between the PHP code blocks.

For example:
?>

<?php

That would cause an error.

Also, make sure to check the permissions on your upload folders. Make sure that there is read and write permissions.

Baffled!

OK so i read your message the day of the post and had the hosting comp allow files to be uploaded to the server but i am still getting an error.
I have created this page which only has dreamweaver basic HTML code and DFP code and i am getting a code error images.php when i hit the submit button

Make sure that the permissions are set for the folder that you are uploading to. The errors you're getting indicate that read and write are not allowed for the everyone user.

If it is a folder you created, though... it is you that has to set the permissions - not the hosting company... yes, they were right in saying that the permissions from their end are correct. But if you create a folder and upload it to your root on the hosting server, you then need to set the permission after upload. Many FTP programs can do this where you would create a CHMOD command to give it permissions like 0777 (this is assuming your on a Linux server. Windows severs are different.)... that would allow write access to the folder form your scripts.

Cheers,

Brian
