What about a general Webassist Thread

I can't find a "Webassist in General" thread - not extension-specific, for instance for asking which products people have bought, and for geberal discussions about the software.

If there was one I would ask this question:

"Recently, Webassist Wizards have looked differently, the window is too small to see the whole Wizard (I have to scroll up/down left/right to see the whole box) and some images are missing - two at the top left and three in the bottom left and bottom right -hand corners - I just see broken Icons."

This is because of a problem with a recent OS update on MAC.

It appears that a recent quicktime update made DW no longer able to render some small .jpg files. We are addressing the problem by updating our UI's to use .gif files. Updates should be available shortly, but in the meantime the problem can be ignored as it shouldn't effect functionality.

Memento will notify you of the product updates once available. Each product will have to be updated to address the problem, but we have already addressed it so some of the newer updates should already be fixed and certainly any product updates moving forward will address this issue.

Thanks for the suggestion, I can see how it would be useful to have such a forum.

This is a known issue and is caused by an update on Mac )to QuickTime if I'm not mistaken). The problem it introduced was that Dreamweaver would believe that certain small images ( such as 3x3) were missing, when in fact they are present. I'm not sure if rolling back the update will help.

Check your order history page for any updated version to the products you have that has been released to fix this particular issue.
