I just got the same message on start up. Here is the text

JavaScript error while loading AlternateSelClass.htm:
Unable to open script file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe
Dreamweaver
CS4\Configuration\Shared\WebAssist\Library\WA_Configuration.js" (error 3).

Thanks for any insight you can give Ray.

Update:
Now that I look closer, it appears when doing multiple commands as well, such as select parent tag, or collapse code section.

Now also getting this:
The AlternateSelClass script does not define the findServerBehaviors function when viewing the page where it is used.
