That's what I thought, but I did a search in UPS.com for shipper number and I saw several instances where it said "Your UPS Acct # (or shipper #)" meaning, they were one and the same most of the time. Unless you had multiple shipper numbers under the same account number (if you had UPS regular shipper # or UPS freight shipper #, etc).
But I guess I'll ask them about it.
We wouldn't ask it twice if they were the same. Chances are the error message will be "bad shipper number". Contact UPS support and get the correct value to use. Chances are that is 100% of your problems.
