Java Scrpt Error

I recently removed my old version of CSS Menu Writer (via the extension manager) and upgraded to CSS Menu Writer 2.0.3. After I selected my options for my menus, I hit ok to generate the code and received a JS Error message:

"While exectuing onResize in WA_SiteTools_Progress.html, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:

In file "WA-SiteTools_Progress":
refreshUI is not defined.

After hitting ok, i get this message:
Error generating menu (wa.generate.menu): TypeError: MM.WA_createProcessingOjbect is not a function.

As a potential resolution, I uninstalled the Menu Writer, rebooted, and then reinstalled it again. Unfortunately, still same error message. Anything thoughts on how to get the menus to work?
