This tutorial will teach you how to add a link back to the detail page of a product on your eCart shopping cart page. We apply the dynamic link directly to the placeholder image on the cart created by the eCart Display Manager, but you can add it to the product name in the cart as well, or apply this technique to other areas of your website.

Creating the link

Using Dreamweaver's built-in functionality, we can create the necessary dynamic link.

On your cart page, select the placeholder image.
From the Properties Inspector, choose the Link browse icon.
From the File list, choose the product detail page.
Place your cursor after the file name in the URL field.
Choose Parameters.
In the Name field enter ID.
Select the Value lightning bolt.
Expand the eCart option.
Choose the product ID binding from the recordset.
Click OK on the Dynamic Data window.
Click OK on the Parameters window.
Click OK or Choose (depending on your Dreamweaver version) to choose the file and close the Select File window.
Press Ctrl (Cmd) S to save your page.
