Getting started with Skype Call Me Buttons

In this tutorial, we walk you through adding a Skype call me button to your website.

arrow downWhat you need to start

  1. Dreamweaver CS4 or newer
  2. WebAssist Free Tools extension installed
    - Own it
    - Download it.
    - Learn how to install a Dreamweaver extension.
  3. Site defined in Dreamweaver - Watch video tutorial: Setting up a site in Dreamweaver

arrow downAdd a Skype Call Me button

  1. Open a page in Dreamweaver that you want to add your Skype button on
  2. In Design view, click where you want your Skype button to appear
  3. In the main Dreamweaver menu, click WebAssist > Skype Call Me Button


  4. In the Skype account field, enter your Skype account and click Next


  5. Select the button you want to use and click Finish


  6. Save your page and preview it in a browser to test your button.
